"Our family found FCA when moving to the area in the summer of 2011. The very moment we sat down and talked with Kelly Gonzales, we knew this is where our children should be. She spoke with passion and love for the children she taught and ministered to. Although we had never been in an ACE school, we knew this is where God lead us. Making this decision and knowing our children were going to be in such a different atmosphere from any other we've experienced made our move a lot less stressful.
Our daughters were welcomed with open arms from all of the teachers, staff and students. They felt like they belonged from day one. Our oldest daughter is a different person since going to FCA. Three years ago she was trying to be someone she wasn't to fit in with other kids. She is 100% able to be who God made her to be at this school. They love her for who she is. Not who they want her to be.
This school teaches my children so much more than just the school work they need to learn. They teach about life. They talk openly about God every single day. They talk about glorifying God with their behavior in all they do. They learn responsibility, respect, benevolence, and love.
FCA has been more than just a school for my family. As I sit here thinking of all the blessings that have been poured out to us, I am overcome with emotion. Everyone at FCA did not only welcome my children, they welcomed me and my husband into their family. When I came here not knowing anyone, they invited me in. Pastor Casey and his wife April, prayed over me. Tears streamed down my face as I felt the love and acceptance from everyone at Friendship and FCA. It has forever changed me.
I have prayed that God give me the words to reach anyone who needs these blessings in their lives. I know first hand that paying for a private school doesn't fit into everyone's budget. We now have all three of our children attending FCA and believe me, God found us a way to make that happen. God has answered our prayers and I pray that He answers yours."
